IFS with Vera

You may be struggling with feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, or depression, or feeling stuck in self-defeating patterns and behaviours. Perhaps you’re navigating difficult relationships or finding it hard to set healthy boundaries.
I offer a supportive space and confident guidance to help you explore and begin shifting what feels stuck. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a powerful therapeutic model that, in a gentle way, leads to deep and lasting healing.

Welcome!
I'm so glad you are here and considering taking this step with me.
I’m Vera Hrvatin, an IFS practitioner and a psychotherapist in clinical placement offering IFS-informed online therapy for adults and young adults. I work in English and Croatian. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and guided by deep respect for each person’s own pace and inner wisdom.

Why IFS?
My passion for therapeutic approaches that foster deep, lasting change led me to Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Its compassionate, non-pathologizing approach aligns deeply with how I understand growth and healing. By cultivating self-compassion through powerful internal process, IFS will help you shift patterns that, despite being driven by protective intentions, keep you stuck in challenging situations, behaviors, and emotions. I pursued comprehensive training in IFS and I have been regularly supporting others in learning the model as a support staff on the renowned IFSCA training course.
